1. You are given permission to use these textures, 3D models, for anything you like except to resell the textures or 3D models, as textures or 3D models, by their self.

For example: you can take these textures or 3D models, ad them to a product you are going to sell and sell the textures or 3D models along with the product, which needs the textures or 3D models to be viewed correctly. The textures or 3D models are not being sold alone.
